SURVEYING
All installations begin with a thorough and accurate survey. An Ecofit surveyor will visit your home and record all the necessary details required for manufacture.
They’ll also determine that the structural openings and surroundings are in good condition. Plus they’ll also check that your chosen designs and styles are suitable.
CARE & ATTENTION
To ensure that your property and your valuables are protected from mess and damage, our installation team will lay dust sheets and work with you to create a safe working area.
FITTING
Your existing frames, along with any old debris and sealant, will be removed. This will be done with care and where possible, we’ll recycle your old frames.
Then, your new, Ecofit frames will be put into place and firmly secured to ensure an accurate fit.
GLAZING
With the frames in place, it’s time to install the glazed units. The glass will be firmly fitted in position before beading and, where necessary, trims are measured and fitted.
Everything will then be cleaned before a sealant is applied between the frame and wall.
EXPERT FINISH
To complete the installation, the Ecofit team will once again give everything a thorough clean before applying a final layer of silicone between the frames and brickwork to ensure a long-lasting, weatherproof finish.
You can then stand back and admire your beautiful, newly installed windows!
