With their children now grown-up, the timing felt right for the Cartwrights to realise their vision of a having a picture-perfect dining room.
It had been almost 8 years since the Cartwright first moved in their property, which featured a decent-sized kitchen-diner. But they yearned for a dining space that was brighter and airier from where they could admire their outdoor setting. In their minds it had lots of windows and plenty of glass so that it had the feel of an outdoor atmosphere.
At Ecofit, they discovered options they’d never thought of. It also happened that we had an extension that was very close to what they wanted, bringing them encouragement and assurance.

Although much of the extension is glazed, the Cartwrights never suffer with excess warmth inside, and it’s just as cosy in summer as it is in winter. The bi-folding doors get used regularly, such as at breakfast time when they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee whilst savouring their beautifully maintained garden area.
