Extreme Solid Core Upgrade

The Forté Extreme solid core consists of a traditional foam core fitted with horizontal timber plinths, then housed between two slim aluminium sheets and exterior-grade plywood for a robust structure. It is wrapped in an extra-resilient 4mm GRP skin.

Upgrade your door to our ultimate Forté Solid Core for enhanced security and thermal efficiency. Our core, combined with the Extreme locking system, has been tested to meet the police-recognised ‘Secure by Design’ standard.

Because each of our designs have been made to maximise security, each handle can be fitted with a state-of-the-art auto-engage locking system, offering a combination of multiple locking points, along with Snap-secure locking cylinders, to minimise the risk of forced entry from intruders.

The interlocked sixteen layers of laminated timber make up 48mm of the Extreme Solid Core Door with multi directional grain. This means the has core has increased strength and rigidity.
